Water Pump noises?

Look up "Chirping under the hood" in the archives, I think it was
discussed in the middle of December.  Jim Dupree shared an excellent way
of tightening the belt correctly.  I've yet to try it myself, but a tech
friend tried it on a recent job and was very happy with the result.
