should I part it out?

Parting out a car is a lot of work, especially the drivetrain components that
are really the bulk of the worth of a car.  That would be my main
consideration.

 Due to continuing minor problems with it, as well as cash flow
 issues, I put my '89 200 Q up for sale last month, but as yet, have
 not had any serious inquiries.  So, it has been suggested that I part
 the car out, especially since it would take a bit of work to get it
 back into mint condition.  What does the list think?  I know there
 must be some cars out there in need of some spare parts.
