Snow Tires, again, need advice ASAP!

This will be the fifth season for the NRWs on my wife's car. I'd estimate
they have 25k-30k highway miles on them and they look about half worn. I had
a little trouble with leaky beads on them this winter but that's probably
more an issue involving the 6-year-old alloy wheels than the tires.
