Buzzing under hood at high boost

My 83' UrQ engine is making a funny metalic buzzing
sound under high boost.  The noise seems to be coming
from the passenger side near the fire wall.  I have
only heard the sound while driving.  It only happens
under full boost and pedal most of the way down.  Does
anybody know what could be causing this?  Pinging?
Turbo? Wastegate?  Is it bad, or just a natural turbo
5 noise?  Thanks.
