Highly doubt it, unless there's a solid evidence.
The fact that you can obtain replacement fittings from P-H (and many other
companies, for that matter) is because the fittings conform to industry
standards.
If Audi used oil cooler lines manufactured by P-H, we most likely would't
have to replace them - ever. The replacement ones I have built are of MUCH
better quality than Audi OEM ones.
