Elliot,
I just did the suspension rebuild on my 4KQ using the Blau/UrQ front strut
mounts, H&R springs, KYB gas struts and delrin lower control arm bushings.
Wish I had done this repair/upgrade years ago. The stock lower arm bushings
are made of spaghetti, I think. Now, the front end stays planted on hard
accel, doesn't dive much on heavy braking, and it turns when the steering
wheel is turned, not .3 seconds later. The car is definitely lowered, which
I didn't really want, but it handles so much better that the occasional
scraping is worth it.
