This is too funny not to tell. The car my dad brought in was my grandmothers
Passat. The Audi side of the service at this particular dealership is top-
notch...the VW service advisors however....

well...read on.

My dad takes the car into the dealership today to get the CD player repaired
(warrenty). They gave him a Jetta as a loner. He's driving to work and the
car is dangerously pulling to the one side. If he pushes on teh gas pedal...it
REALLY pulls to one side...

So he gets to work and looks at the passanger side...it's all racked up on the
front end...obvious accident.

He calls the dealership and talks to the service advisor who helped him (young
guy).

D: I'm calling about hte jetta I just picked up from your dealership

SA: okay...

D: I'm calling because the car is all-over the road, pulling to the one side
really heavily. I got out and looked at the car and it's obvious it's been in
an accident.

SA: Okay. What would you like me to do about it Sir?

D: Well, nothing at this point, I just want to make sure you know about
it...Did you know the car has been in an accident?

SA: No, I didn't sir. Why don't you bring it in to the dealership and we can
give you an estimate.

D: Why would I want an estimate!?! What good will that do me??

SA: Well, if you come in for an estimate you'll know how much it will cost to
fix the car.

D: Why would I want to know that, it's not MY car!?!

SA: Who's car is it sir??

(This is the service advisor who handed him the KEYS!!!)

D: It's YOUR car.

SA: Why do you have our car sir?

....

I was killing myself when he was telling me!!!
