Wheel out of balance? nope ... ('85 4ksq)

Maybe there is a slightly bent wheel?
I've come across this before.
Not much to be noticed by the person doing the balancing unless they have
experience.
I had to have one straightened and that solved the problem.
How it got that way? I don't even know. I am the only person that drives the
thing and I never hit or dipped into anything.
