Right rear halfshaft play: outer CV?

The '84 rear inner CV's will be larger in diameter than the '87, but the
shaft itself and outer joint will cross over. I wouldn't recommend the
left-right swap, just change out the outer joint and regrease/reboot.
They're quite bulletproof for most applications, you'll loose a prop joint
before a rear outer in most cases.
