'77 Audi Fox in St. Paul needs rescue

Well, the day of reckoning is drawing near for my BiL's well-kept but
non-running Audi. It goes to the junkyard at the end of the week, I'm told.

One more time, if I may: it's a come-'n'-get-it in east St. Paul near the 3M
