5000CS Rear Window Heater Switch

I believe you just pry it out w/ a screw driver.  At least that's how it
works on my US model 1987 5000 CS.

        Can someone tell me the general approach to remove the rear
window
defroster switch from the dashboard on a 1989 5000 CS. This info does
not
seem to be included in the official shop manual I have. Thanks for any
help on this.
