Using stock 4kq front sway bar as a rear bar

I thought they were a little higher - still in the way of using "stock"
front mounts, but at least not in the way of where the bar has to go.
meaning that you should be able to fabricate custom mounts (Like Mr.
Rickert did?) at the right height.
