Mushy brake pedal after new pads/rotors

That is very, very wrong... something is leaking, assuming your car has
a traditional hydraulic brake system and not some drive by wire
strangeness...

Perhaps they bled or flushed the fluid, to be nice, and managed to leave
a bleeder open a little, to be not so nice.
