Mushy brake pedal after new pads/rotors

Hello Andrew,
Are you losing fluid (is the level in the reservoir dropping)? If so, you
have a leak. Look for a damp patch on the ground or near a hydraulic
component.
If you're not losing fluid, then the master cylinder is letting fluid past
the seals - get a new/recon one NOW. Maybe they pressed the pedal to the
floor and damaged a seal by pushing it into the normally unused and probably
coroded part of the master cylinder?
