MC vs MC-2 Heads

So I have an MC head, and an MC-2 head that I could
put on my MC-2 block.  I was going to have some larger
valves put in the MC head, and use that on the MC-2
block.  Is there a difference between the two?  I
didn't think there was other than the cam, but the
comment above got me thinking.  I would just use the
MC-2 head, but there are some broken studs, and a poor
attempt by the PO to get one of them out that may
require some major surgery.  BTW If this looks
familiar, I posted it under a different topic earlier,
but didn't get any responses.
