I'm not sure that having your blinker inside the headlight housing will
be very effective - but no btdt attempts.  personally I like to not only
have something amber behind its own lens on the front, but something
clearly visible from the side as well.  TT/A4 side markers are
reasonably cheap for the dealer, get the harness too (comes with many
feet of wire), doesn't take much effort to mount them in the fender and
wire them as "markerflash" lights.
