diff interchangeability, Quaife/A4/4kq/540i?

The diffs from the front of a 4kq and rear of a 4kq are different only due to
the locking mechanism. This is the same as for the 5000. Not too sure about
an A4 but I wouldn't be surprised. If you want a quaife take the grand or so
it would cost buy an Audi V8 rear end take the diff out and put it in the
front or rear of your audi. Then take the remaining cash and buy a turbo
engine so that you'll need that diff.
