Bar reading at .3

your prolly right, but it's possible the hose is connected somewhere before
the turbo, which could cause a static .3 bar, esp. if it was loose. Also,
bad wiring between the ECU and display could caus the wrong readings by
adding resistance. And as a last resort, the display may be bad. If an ECU
is easy to get, this will help figure it out. If not a quick check under the
hood and a few multimeter readings could do the same trick.
