The internals of those lights are the same, only the housing is different. So
they should have the same light output. The reflectors have a tendancy to go
bad, and that makes the light output very bad, of course. If your old US spec
lights are good, you can swap the internals, which is held in place with small
rubber bits and an adjuster screw.
