Interesting to note with my 1980 Rover SD1- The owners manual specifically
states to NEVER drive the car with the doors locked, if you get into an
accident, having the doors locked will delay people from being able to help
you. Sad where the world has gone. Today if you don't lock your doors, you
run the risk, a large risk (some places anyway) of being removed from your
car and the car being stolen, or worse :(
