help, door won't open

good day group,
my girlfriend was using my car and she hit the pass.
side door.  I don't have the details but what I do
know is the door won't open unless you yank, or push
hard.  To make matters worse when she was showing me
how hard you need to push from the inside she whipped
open the door on a fire hydrant.  So any help on how
to get the door to line up would be great.  I tried to
loosen the 2 19mm bolts on the door hinge but they
won't budge and I want to make sure before I go
un-torque my wonderfull audi (I'm looking at bently
now).  thanks and feel free to include a girlfriend
joke, I might use it.
