That'll be the synchro...
Good news is that a synchro is relatively cheap, bad news is that the
gearbox has to come out and get completely stripped down to replace it...
If you do the work yourself it'll be quite cheap, but a fair bit of work...
could be a bit pricey if you take it to a mechanic though...
