Wrong OIL. You want GL4. Blau sent you oil for the rear diff or the final
drive of an autobox car. Find a source of Redline MT90 (MTL if you live
in rather cold climes all year long, it's a little thin for summer use in
temperate zones). Either that or any other GL4 synthetic (I believe your
owners manual specs synthetic, otherwise any GL4 if synthetic isn't
spec'd) gear oil will do. GL4 has an additive that allows sychros to
actually work. GL5 does not. Once you change the oil, give the sychros
time to soak up the additive. Hopefully you'll be fine after the change.
Don't wait, otherwise the slipping of the synchros may polish their
surfaces making them useless. In the meantime, double clutch your car and
wait until the revs match when you shift, in other words, give your
synchros a break until you change the oil.
