Well said Kneale, bumpers are not for 100+mph accidents, that what the frame and passenger compartment are for, but at those speeds, nothing may be enough.

I recently had a 2 or 3 mph tap in traffic to the car in front of me.  I was going about 20mph, and, thanks to the big reds, was going under 5mph when I actually hit.  Bumper shocks worked nicley, bumper compressed in about 2" and popped right back out, like it was on big springs.  With Euro Bumpers this would have been much more expesive.

They should do look great, though  =)
