I beg to differ.  We changed out windshields on a regular basis and we simply
sat in the seat and put one foot against the corner of the WS and carefully
pushed it out.  I said carefully, because we didn't want glass splinters all
over the dash.  The side windows might be a different story because they are
supported differently, but the WS, not a problem.  I'm not a big person, 6'
2" 210 lbs, but even a small women should be able to push out the corner of a
WS in an emergency.
