5 MPH bumper

Now tell me this - how fast do you realistically think you were actually
rolling? Would the Euro bumper have done the trick here as well? My *guess*
is: Probably - at least in this case. Don't know about the meeting with the
steel roadside guard another lister had described. In that case the 5MpH
bumpers were probably a big + I would guess...
