I put a MB engine in mine (84 Coupe GT). OK, it didn't have manifolds fitte=
d
and it had to be chocked in with packing to keep it at the correct angle to
allow the lid to close but it fitted.
Rear suspension sat on the stops for the whole journey - only 5 miles but
not something I want to repeat - ever. If I ever have to move another one
it'll be in a bigger vehicle or in pieces.
