idle problems 4kq

87 4kq nothing special. Checked vac. leaks. All tune-up stuff done. Problem:
Erractic idle up and down but only sometimes, ISV has been cleaned. Also
coming down from med to high revs almost dies. Also have checked idle switch
OK. I just bought the car so I have no idea if the CO and other settings are
correct or even close... Could this be my problem is there anything else I
should check here??
