This should work very well for you.  I prefer front stage only, so I have
some Infinity separates up front.  I have the 5.25" woofer in the door
(stock location) and I replaced the dash mounted midrange with a metal plate
and a tweeter attached to it.  I stuffed the crossover network under the
tweeter (inside the dash cavity).

In stock form, my 5ktqcs has 6.5's in the rear deck, tweeters in the doors
front mids in the dash with woofers (5.25) and tweeters in the doors.  I had
to remove the rear deck speakers to allow the subwoofers waves to travel
into the car (damn leather seats and metal seat back).

So I think I know what I'm going to do...  two sets of Blaupunkt 6 1/2"
component speakers - with one set on the rear deck, and the other up
front.  Up front, the woofers will go in the doors, and the tweeters in
the dash.  Will this work well?

Side note:  I always forget and leave my lights on... Is it possible to
leave the buzzer in and still run the radio off that terminal?
