Euro lights and inspections

If a dorF truck can run the lights they run, with light
shining on the road, the trees to the right, the trees to
the left, and the moon, and also with the soccer mom running
the fogs on a clear night, I doubt inspectors could give a
rat's a$$ about some e-codes.

PS the '02 models are a bit improved IMO.
