Brake rotor question-need rapid response

Am in process of replacing front rotors and had some
help from a little family member who completely
cleaned them. Removed anti-rust coating, some millings
in the vents, and the weights that balance them.

Problem: Counter weights removed from new rotors, what can be done?

I plan to call a machine shop and a heavy equipment
shop in the morning. All the local parts stores
couldn't help. Does the list have any ideas ?
