Good morning everyone.

I went to start my 89 90Q this morning and found the
battery totally flat.  So I put the battery charger on
and the radiator fan came on,when the engine is stone
cold.  Could this be the thermostatic switch that is
mounted on the side of the radiator?  Any help would
be appreciated?? Thanks in advance.
