Warm start (temporary) fix

Mark - From what you wrote below, I would first think that you had a bad
control circuit for the cold start injector.  But since you stated in the
subject line that this was for a "warm start" problem,  I am thinking that
you have a leak down condition causing you loss of fuel pressure and fuel
presence in the line (hence the check valve problem).  The fuel pressure is
returned momemtarily by the fuel pump activation, and the initial fuel
requirement is provided by the cold start injector activation, therefore
the car will start after these two items are activated.
