S2/MAC11 ignition similarities?

Hello all,

As you may have noticed, I'm trying to find all the info I can about Audi hall
effect ignition systems, and I came across this webpage, which has links to
pics of the waveforms of the various sensors and devices of an Audi S2.

I can't say that I understand what I am looking at, but I'm wondering if
(some of) these same waveforms would be the same for a MAC11/MC-1/5kcstq
setup.

I had pasted the links of each pic before I found this page, that
seems to use them all to diagnose a 3B no start condition using
this companies products:

Eh, on second look it looks like the graphs are different.
