Thank god for my DOT bumper...but what's up with my DOT lights?

Hey Folks-

Got bumped in the rear bumper (@ less than 5 MPH) and
there luckily was no damage to the car other than my
brake lights (alll three) stopped functioning. I doubt
it's the bulbs. Any other ideas?
