Front Brake Questions Re '88 5KSQ

Need to replace the front brake pads on my 1988 5000S Quattro.  There is a
front end shake when braking at high speeds, so I think I'll replace the
front rotors too.  Questions:

1. How much are AUDI OEM ones?  The ones on Ebay and the ones at the FLAPS
aren't very expensive.  Are they any good?  I mean, a rotor is a rotor,
right?

2. How is the rotor secured to the hub?  Does the rotor just come out when
the caliper is swung out of the way?

3. Do I need to know whether I have Girling or Teves brakes in order to
order rotors and pads?  Or, are those parts the same no matter the brand?

4. Can the caliper piston be pushed back into the caliper with a "C" clamp?
Or, do I need a special VOA tool?
