should I buy this 90 20v?

Found at a local lot 91 90 quattro 20v

Problems include, generally chipped paint dents in one rear quater panel and
both front quater panels.  broken drivers side lock.  bad drivers front
windows switch, broken tach, cracked headlights, water in trunk, bent wheel,
worn throuigh leather front seats, no radio, mushy feeling brakes.

Pluses include working windows, heated seats, engine sounds good, pearl
white paint, decent interior, working climate control, working power locks
and mirrors, working power seat.  seems mechanically sound

He is asking $2000

also would my 16 * 7.5 borbet wheels with an offset of 35 from my coupe gt
fit on this car.
