timing belt years or milage concluded

  Listers,

  Thanks for the insight on the timing belt
 I got more "do it" than "let it go" responces so I'll
do it which is good in a way cause now why I'll be
doing my belt and related stuff I can get my head re
done
 new lifters, cam and such I've seen on Blau's web
site that they have a cam for the 10v they call it a
sport cam like the schrick 272?(or something) any BTDT
with that?
the kit which includes the cam, 10 lifters, cam seal,
and improved valve cover gasket for $360 which does'nt
seem that bad to me what other stuff should be
replaced while I'm in there valves, seals,ect...

 Thanks again to the list now I'm off to get some food
in me after readin Phill's post about the sausage and
soup I'm a little hungry.
