it's supposed to be around 10 mA with the OXS hooked up.  For some
reason your static mixture setting is being corrected for running a bit
rich - did you fix a vacuum leak recently?

If you decide everything else is ok, use a 3mm hex in the little hole
between the intake boot and fuel dist, turn it a little at a time
counterclockwise, remove tool, blip throttle, let it settle down,
remeasure.  If everything else is ok, at least.
