I just concluded that I was going to do my timing belt and related stuff
now instead of waiting till 250k which gives me a good excuse to do the
cam and lifters I just got off the phone with Blau and I was asking about
the cam and such he mentioned that after putting in the 272 camshaft that
will make my non interferance 2.3lit NF engine and interferance engine
cause of the extra lift that the cam will provide is that true? He allso
mentioned that I should only do my valve seals while I was in there cause
there should'nt be anything wrong with anything else is that true as well I
don't want to get to involved if I don't have
to What you guy's and ladys think

The engine you have is currently "dynamically" interfering. Increasinging
lift and duration, and stronger valve springs, will only make it more so.
As long as the job is done correctly, you will be good for around extra 20
hp. Allocate an extra day if changing the valve springs. Otherwise, the
cam works in nicely with timing belt and water pump job.
