To think you will gain 20 horsepower is blasphemy.  We're not doing a turbo conversion here...it's just a basic 272 cam in a 2.3L.  I would say you may gain ten horsepower if you are lucky.  Blau should be sewed for the misleading information posted on their website.  I put a 270 degree cam in my 2.3L 4KQ and felt a gain, but not nearly 20 hp.  I would definately recommend throwing the camshaft in though.  I also added stiffer valve springs from Techtonics Tuning and new lifters from Rod @ TPC (recommended).  It is a great upgrade for a good 8hp.  Good luck with the swap!
