200 10V exhaust leak (manifold, WG, ?)

I have a 1990 200q 10V which has what sounds to be like an exhaust manifold
leak toward the rear of the engine.  Hard to tell where it's coming from, is
it possible it may be from the wastegate?  There's lots of plumbing there,
any experience on how to best go about it?  Was going to remove the top
shield and go from there.  Leaking sound is only evident when rapidly
pressing the acceleartor, not obvious at normal idle or cruising speed.  Are
the 10V's known for exhaust manifold leaks like the earlier I5's?  Had
warped manifold on on my Coupe GT, it was a real PITA to fix.
