The complete part number is what you have listed *plus* 01C on the end.

Yes, two per molding (one of each I think). They are little wedges that
jam in and stop the strip from sliding fore and aft as I recall. I did
my fronts only which is why I can confirm just those PN's.
many old type 89's need these, they really neaten things up!
