If they're the same as Type 44 headrests, there's a "hairpin" style pin
between two plastic disks at the top of the headrest mounting hole.  You
need to locate the straight end of the pin and then push it out of the
headrest shaft on each shaft.  It's got spring-like tension so it'll fly
when released.  If you've got a large, clear plastic bag to put over the
seatback so you can see what you're doing,  it's easier to control the
flight.  Once both pins are out, you can pull the headrest free.
