100,A6 Avant Mileage

I don't have an A6, but with my '98 A4 2.8 30v Tiptronic, I AVERAGE 22mpg,
mostly local driving. Best I have ever seen is 26mpg. Of course, my driving
style might have a little to do with my mileage....

Im sure you have all been through this before but just for fun......
What sort of mileage are you 1992-1998 V6 Avant owners getting?  The
specs say 23mpg on the highway, please tell me it's better than that -
but be honest.
