Blau sport cam + adj cam sprocket - 10VT

I have a 1987 5ktq with a Blausport cam, adjustable cam sprocket, and a
bent exhaust valve :-(
The cam sprocket was advanced 2 degrees, and when the engine hit the rev
limiter one exhaust valve hit a piston.  Other mods include a SJM chip and
1.8 bar spring.

So why did the valve hit?
And why only one valve instead of all five?

The head had recently been replaced with a rebuilt one ... with new valves,
guides, etc.

I had the bent valve replaced, plan to keep the adjustable cam, and install
a stock cam out of an MC-2.  I've heard the MC-2 cam is slightly improved
vs the MC-1.  Comments?

Anybody want to buy a very slightly used BlauSport cam for a 10 valve
turbo?  Retail is $259 ... I might be convinced to sell :-)
