ABS problem

ome times when I hit a bump while driving, my ABS
turns off.  It re-engages after I push the Anti-lock
switch.  Any ideas?  I do have a flaky hub in the back
I need to replace so I'm wondering is the sensors can
be affected by excessive wheel play or if my center
consol switch is the problem.
