overboost solved 90 200tq

  Solved the overboost problem
quick summary I have a 90 200tqa with a IA stageII mod
2.0 bar and was getting the fuel cutoff at 2.2 bar so
I replaced my waste gate diaphragm and that seems to
have solved the overboost problem
but still get a loud air whooshing noise under boost
and I can only get the car to give me 1.7 bar
I should get the Michelin man hose tomorrow and I all
so ordered the lower intercooler hose should be here
by Friday
 I've all so replaced the top WGFV hose to top side of
WG
 bottom WG to side of manifold hose
 front turbo hose to air boot on top of fuel
distributor
 Anyone have any suggestions?
