Leaking EFI injector?

Hey list,
I've been doing some tuning of the EFI system for a wile now on my Quantum
Syncro turbo. Everything has been running well, but a few weeks ago I
noticed the trough of the intake manifold was filled(!) with gasoline. After
drying it out, I see that one injector is leaking from the end that goes
into the head. The O rings are brand new, as are the inserts in the head.
Does anyone have any ideas? Bad injector maybe? It's not leaking from the
rail.
Any ideas are appreciated
