Site down?

Did http://catalog.exist.ru/ get shut down? I can't get into it. In IE it gives "You are not authorized to view this page You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied" and in Netscape it gives "Directory Listing Denied This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed." Did we loose out online parts list? :(
